Q - I have received an anonymous gift, can I find out who sent this to me?

A - We're unable to disclose personal details about the sender of an item due to privacy issues. Our Privacy Policy describes how we manage the personal information of our customers and why we are prohibited from disclosing this information to third parties. We're really sorry we're not able to help solve the case of your mysterious package and suggest you ask family and/or friends if they are the sender.

Q - How do I place an order on DigitalBuyDirect.com?

A - To place an order, all you need to do is click on any item from our site that you would like to buy. The best place to begin browsing is on our homepage. When viewing an item that you're interested in, click on the "Add to Cart" button underneath the item. You will be asked to create a new account to do this - just enter your email address and a password. Then, all you need to do is follow the process through the Checkout - it is very easy. Q - I've purchased an item for another person and wish to remain anonymous - will my details be given to the recipient?

Q - Can I send items to a different address from my billing address?

A - Yes, you can send an item to an address other than your billing address. To do this:

The invoice for your purchase will be sent directly to your email address as you are the account holder.
The recipient will not receive any information except for the item.

A - I live outside Australia, can I order a gift for someone?

Q - Yes, we can accept international orders if you wish to purchase items for friends or relatives living in Australia.

Orders are typically sent within 48 hours of your payment being received. Once items are dispatched, FedEx delivery times apply. Please allow for a delivery time of up to 10 working days from the date your payment is received and note there is no dispatch or delivery on weekends or public holidays.
